Accomodations

We’re grateful to our partners at Visit Denver for assistance in arranging blocks with local hotel partners, Sage Hospitality Group and CatBird hotel. We have blocks reserved at a variety of price points and locations. With the exception of CatBird, which is nearer the Theater of the Mind Venue, all hotels are a five minute ride-share or less than a twenty-minute walk to the Performing Arts Complex, and a short rideshare to Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station.

Additionally, we are coordinating a limited number of couch-surfing options within our local community as an additional option for non-local attendees. If you would like to either offer space or request accommodations, contact hello@immersivedenver.com. We cannot guarantee all requests can be accommodated.

Rooms rates are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Getting Around

Arriving to Denver from the airport

From Denver International Airport, take the A Line to Union Station, a 40-minute train ride to the heart of Downtown. From there, The Maven, The Rally, The Oxford, and The Crawford hotels are a short walk.  If staying at the CatBird, get off the A Line a bit earlier, at 38th and Blake; the hotel will be a 3 minute walk.

While in town

While efforts have been made to make the DIG as walkable as possible, some of our venues will require a short drive or ride-share. Certain events which require registration ahead of the conference, such as the Room Escape Artist session at Rabbit Hole on Saturday, will have transportation provided.

RTD is our local public transit service, providing various bus and light rail lines throughout the region. Tickets can be purchased at kiosks at light rail stations (cash or card), via cash only on buses, or via card only on the RTD mobile app. Be aware that routes do not run as regularly as in East Coast or European cities, but the service network is fairly expansive compared to many US cities. The Flatiron Flyer is a regional bus service that connects Denver to Boulder.
